CANCELLATION
POLICY

As we have tie-ups with third-party vendors and the booking is for limited allotted seats, we consider the booking as a commitment that is already made.  A cancellation request affects the facilities given to other participants, Thus, following are our cancellation charges:


 

If the cancellation is done 5 days from the visit date then FULL REFUND is applicable.

If the cancellation is done 3 days from the visit date then HALF REFUND is applicable.

​

 

If the cancellation is done before 1 day from the visit date then NO REFUND is applicable. 

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, we will try to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same, In case we are not able to give any alternate activity then we would refund 95% of the tour fees after deducting 5% of transaction cost.

REFUND

Once cancelled, refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 7 to 10 working days.
