You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.
As we have tie-ups with third-party vendors and the booking is for limited allotted seats, we consider the booking as a commitment that is already made. A cancellation request affects the facilities given to other participants, Thus, following are our cancellation charges:
If the cancellation is done 5 days from the tour date then FULL REFUND is applicable.
If the cancellation is done 3 days from the tour date then HALF REFUND is applicable.
If the cancellation is done before 1 day from the tour date then NO REFUND is applicable.
You can also opt to carry forward the amount for a future event happening in coming 2 months.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, we will try to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same, In case we are not able to give any alternate activity then we would refund 95% of the tour fees after deducting 5% of transaction cost.
You can send your cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once cancelled, refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 7 to 10 working days.
